For example when running comparable sales if we see a pending listing we will reach out to the listing agent to see what that home will go for so we can get you some real time market data. We will also check to see how many offers a certain home received as well. We are quick at what we do, when you message us you will receive responses back right away - not hours sometimes days like other agents. Also if you can't make the open houses, we will be glad to arrange a private showing for you. We work with a team of showing agents on demand!

There's no catch at all. Rebates are legal as long as the lender knows and approves it. Also, there's no cost to work with Home Listing Rebate. We get paid when the deal closes.

It really depends on current market conditions. Here at Home Listing Rebate, we will look at the data and let you know on average how long a home takes to sell in your area. Your home maybe in better or worse shape, so we will have to take this in account when we determine the final listing price.
